i am the guarantee for my daughter and boyfriends house. they have lived there 12 months and are on a rolling tenancy , i want to come off as guarantee as i said it could only be for 12 months. there landlord wont let me is this allowed or any suggestions on what i can do

I'd like to invest a little money while I'm still in college. I'll be graduating in about a year and a half, and I have a little bit saved up. I thought it might be smart to invest it rather than just hold it in a normal savings account. I'm looking for something with low-risk, and not neccesarily something that I have to pay attention to EVERYday. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I recieve smp at £103 a week (as I have been working a long time)and therefore not entitled to anything else except child credit when the baby comes. The thing is the father has left me and I have a mortgage to pay and council tax etc, and £103 a week doesnt cover my mortgage interest payments what do I do? Im losing sleep about this and baby will be here soon.

It would not be a problem if I had not worked before and paid a high level NI contributions as I would get income support.

Last year I worked and made about $2500. Do I have to file taxes? I read somewhere that if you worked for a company and made below about $5000, then you are not required to file taxes. Additionally, college students who have work study jobs are also issued W2 forms. In all, I only made at most $4000, do I have to file taxes this year?

i am selling a 3 bed / 2 bath modular built in 1998 on 1.2 acres of land and i've already lowered it to $68,000 with me paying either the downpayment or the closing cost. at this price i cant believe it hasnt sold. it is in a good school district where the schools are small and still teach manners. i am baffeled
my friends are having similar issues with their big brick home which is 4 beds/3 baths on an acre which is down to $129,000

i cant believe there isnt a rush to indiana where living is affordable and jobs are available.

The place that I am currently working now is showing favoritism. My boss has his nephew working and he gets to leave whenever he wants and takes drugs while on the job. The co-manager is also cool with the top manager, and she gets to smoke weed on her breaks while at work also. When it comes to me or any other workers we get for things like not coming in to work on time or if an important event comes up and have to be off that day. I just want to know if something can be done, because that is not fair. Right now I'm looking for another job, but I just wanna know if I can sue or something like that.
