Is there a way I can trade imaginary stocks online and just practice buying and selling stocks? I would like it if this was real time and I would still feel the effects of paying commisions and fees that are similar to the other online trading accounts such as Scott Trade, Etrade etc etc?

When is the last day that employers can send w4 tax forms to their employees before they can get in trouble?

Also, is there any other way for employees to obtain the forms quickly without the help of their employer?

I'm getting tired of waiting...

I had a horrible human being as a boss, the stress was high. I am really good at what I do though...so another firm has offered me something. I work for myself now, but this offer comes with the "promise" of more upside that is hard to pass up and was unexpected. Also, more professional contacts. I am afraid though of returning to a viscious cycle of long hours while sacrificing myself health wise and relationship wise. Should I hold out for more quality of life perks like flex hours or remote work days. It is doable in my industry but most say "no" intitially. I think I am past the point of sacrificing everything for a job. If I work for me, it will take me a few years to make what this job pays now. I am leaning towards asking for flexibility and maybe more pay. I want a life this time around...and want to keep the weight off. And I want my gf back who left me....lol.

Does anyone know where I can find out about employee pension rights, I work for a small company ( owner and 3 employees ). I have a merchant navy pension fund but I have not put anything in it for over 20 years since I left the merchant navy, is it possible to start putting money in that again,( I still get a statement from them every year) or should my boss be doing anything about a scheme.

I'm having a hard time trying to decide whether or not to take a job that pays a lot more than what I make now, but it only pays once a month and my job now pays once a week.

I have an idea, have gone so far as writing the basic structure, rules, timings, etc, but have no clue how to get the idea in front of the right people to get it financed and produced, or, purchased outright.

My husband and I lived on our own for a while and developed elaborate methods for keeping track of our expenses, budgets, bank accounts, etc. How do you combine these together once you're married?

We've tried setting up one joint account for bills like rent, utilities, etc. and keeping individual accounts for expenses like clothes, haircuts, entertainment. But then when we go out to a restaurant together, one of us pays and the other owes money, and it stops being romantic.

I'd prefer not to have individual accounts since I like the idea of being married and doing this together as a couple. How do you do it if it's one joint account? We don't want one person "overspending" and making the other person feel resentful.

Well, I am 13 and am currently thinking about saving money for college so my parents don't have to do all of the work, or possibly for a future house. I have a lot of money in my savings account which I do not want to touch, and so I have decided to start a new fund. I currently have some money for this fund, and have decided to put it into some sort of investment plan that I can take when I am going to pay for college. (If there is not much in the fund by then, it will be for a house or retirement.)

What is the best plan to do for this kind of situation?
