C&A, Karstadt / Hertie, Kaufhof / Metro, Quelle (mostly online or catalog)

No in just about every town with a fussganger (pedestrian)zone there is a one called KaufHof or Galleria KaufHof. Now for the mother of all department stores is KaDeWe in Berlin. I place a link to both in my sources.

The Real has all kinds of stuff (kind of like a walmart) you can buy there including food, Toys R Us in Ktown, Mobil Martin is a huge furniture store, and there is still a HUGE Walmart in Manheim. Hope this helps
