First check your grammar - yours is pretty poor!

Then go to a professional resume writer for the best results. I would recommend www.ResumeGuys.com

Search the Internet for "free sample resume" and choose a few that you like. Use them as templates.

Proof your resume with spellcheck, by reading it carefully, and by reading each word backwords.

Then get three or four people you trust to proof it for you. You need people that know grammar, spelling, and, if possible, marketing. After all, you are marketing yourself. And you need people who will actually read the resume and make even the harshest critiques. You don't want the people who tell you everything you do is wonderful.

Bullet points are a popular option on resumes nowadays. They make it easy to read the resume. Be sure the font is large enough to read. And 2/3 of the entire page should be white. In other words, don't be too wordy.

Once your resume is done, get it put into a PDF. Nothing is worse than sending a nicely formatted Word document, having someone open it up on a computer with different settings, and having a jumbled mess. The recipient will think you did something cruddy. A PDF will open just the way you set it and look much more professional.

Good luck!

Human Resources is two fold mainly even though it is having more sub clasifications. Major are Recruitments and General HR. Which field you want to go you must be clear on. If you want to enter into Recruitments then you need to have a good understanding on Recruitment process. If you want to get into General HR you need to have good understanding in that. Choose your choice then get understand the full life cycle. Prepare your resume in the way that you can serve the Industry. You do not require special tools to write your resume.
