Okay, rent's coming up and my husband and I don't have all of the money, we're short like $400.00, can anyone think of any ways that I can make some extra cash quick??!! I'm getting some jewelery apraised so that way I might pawn some of it, any other ideas?/!

He met up with an old high school friend who showed him a home even though my friend said he already had a real estate agent. He wants to buy it but the other real estate agent now wants half of the commission. What's the rule on this?

Sometimes money does matter,but at times its respect or isnt it. I got told of my boss far too many times though i built his company to a greater height. I left a huge amount behind and I intend to start my own company a bigger one than the one i was a director in. The only thing i lack now is a few millon punds before i can start off my buisness. Was i right in keeping my respect?

I was recently called for a job interview in the D.C. area. I was asked over the phone what sort of salary I was looking for and what the lowest amount would be that I would accept. I think that I may have sold myself a bit short. I have an interview tomorrow and I am sure that the topic will come up again. How should I handle fixing my potential blooper and getting myself more money now that I have put a number on the table? Also, if anyone knows of a good, totally free salary calculator that would be wonderful! Thanks for the help.

i supported my nephew last year. he lived with me from dec. 05 till about a week ago... can i claim him on my taxes? his mother already told me that she wasn't claiming him because it wasn't fair to me and that'd she'd go with me to get my taxes done. can that be done?

I am deep in debt because of bad choices I made in life, a divorce and being unable to work for several months because of a medical condition. I recently graduated and I am looking for a fulltime job. (Once I get a job, I do not believe I will earn enough to ever pay off my bills. I'm paying 32% interest on some of my credit cards.) In the meantime I cannot afford to pay the minimum balance on my credit cards. Should I go bankrupt or should I cash in all of my retirement accounts to pay off these bills? Hi everyone, got a slight problem here. My parents currently own an estate worth in excess of £750,000 - the problem is is that if I inherit it all - I have to give the tax man £300,000 (due to the 40% rate). This means that I would have to sell on of the properties in the estate. Does anyone know a simple way to get around this?

i have about $5000 worth of credit card debt built up from college that i want to pay off quickly. the interest rates are killing me and i find it harder and harder to pay them, even the min. payment. of course this has had a negitive effect on my credit score so i'm finding it difficult to get a personal loan to pay them off. Any suggestions on how to get a handle on this debt? how about any place that will give you a loan with a low credit score?

I live in a 3 family home. I live on the 1st floor rent the other 2 apartments. I want to sell. I paid 115k , I refinance now i owe 192k. The sell price is 255k giving the buyer 8,000 back in closing. Living me with 247k. How much tax do i have to pay and i don't work? I own this house since 2002.

half the time the suck they are slow, high maintence, and don't produce results all the time. Just cause they got a 4 yr degree does not make them worth more then someone who find the job themselfs and has more then 4 yrs in exp and a 2 yr degree.

I think that sucks
