Why are designers paid more from agency?

half the time the suck they are slow, high maintence, and don't produce results all the time. Just cause they got a 4 yr degree does not make them worth more then someone who find the job themselfs and has more then 4 yrs in exp and a 2 yr degree.

I think that sucks

Because the agency makes you take all your clothes off and dance around like a monkey to earn your pay before they send you off. There is no talent involved. Wouldn't you feel like your worth more when you get a banana stuck in your a** in your second interview? Have mercy man.
