I just bought some stuff of eBay and the guy said i can use paypao or money order. My paypal isnt wrokin so ima do a money order. Is Western Union a money order? Could i send the payment to his house?

My wife and I has recently purchase our first townhome 8 months. Do to joining the military I may be stationed in another state. I was wanting to rent out this townhome but can't play as a landlord to do routine inspections on the tennates, nor screen them. I know theres a company that plays the landlord and does all the screening and legal activities.

I know I will have to work hard at education. I am not the quickest, but I will give it my all.
I have a gift in painting and I am very attractive I have been told. I tried doing murals here in FL. to no avail I tried to do the modeling thing to no avail.

What is the EXACT definition of LTCG with respect to Indian stocks traded on the stock exchanges ?

Is it sell after 1 year or 1 year + 1 day or what ? I tried google and believe it or not, not one article came up with a simple explanation for the definition of LTCG with respect to share transaction on a valid stock exchange.


In my case, I have bonus shares issued by Mphasis BFL on 26/11/2005 for shares originally purchased on say 7/1/2004. If I were to SELL my bonus shares on 27/11/2006 (i.e., on Monday/tomorrow), will I be eligible for Long term capital gains tax (which equals ZERO) or should I have to wait until 28/11/2006 or what ?

For tax purposes, what is the date of acquisition for the bonus shares ? Is it the date of bonus shares (which in my case would then be 26/11/2005) or the date of original purchases (in my case, it would have been 7/1/2004)

oil went sky high after israel and hezbollah started fighting, and now at the mere THREAT of possible war {iran} oil spirals out of control

My question is: Why didn't oil have a huge jump during the gulf war of 1991, especially considering that the 4th and 2nd most exporting nations were burning their oil wells.

there was a jump in prices, but never to the $30 increases I hear about today if we fight Iran
