You should contact the employer that runs your pension and talk to someone in their business retirement department. Ask them for all the info on how to opt out of your pension, as your company may have policies specific only to them. Also, you might want to hire/consult w/ an attorney to make sure things are done in way that is most beneficial to you. I've heard lots of stories about companies doing things that benefit them financially w/out regard to your best interests. I also know first hand that companies can make "mistakes" when dealing w/ retirement issues. Hiring a lawyer, and maybe having them handle everything, that specializes in this area, can help you to make sure you are getting the money/benefits you deserve under your companies current policies. This could also give you some type of recourse (against the lawyer handling ) should any mistakes be made. Good luck, hope I helped.

there is so a lot extra happening in the back of the scenes, that we do not actually have a clue - no longer till it really is purely too late! what's happening perfect lower than our noses, is not purely in a unmarried or 2 parts yet, the completed usa and each and every thing it has stood for. Our very integrity is on the twine. each and every thing this usa has stood for, in over three hundred years, is being dismantled, by the day. We had tea activities on April fifteenth and they are literally the giggling inventory of this authorities! i'm afraid we've seen the stunning of our freedom and the yankee Dream!
