Do any of you feel like you are working hard at going to school/working, etc., but are still stuck (financially). I am 22, my husband is 27 and we still live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and are usually broke (sometimes we can't afford groceries) I had to buy this computer with leftover student loan money-- in case anyone was going to ask! (plus, I need it for research, and homework)

I just feel so broke sometimes, and really want a house, but I know I made bad decisions, and my credit is messed up. I'm only making about 26,000 right now, and my husband is making even less.

I am selling my home to be with my husband in the military. We will be renting or living on bases for the next several years. No need to buy until he is retired. But I'm concerned that I will get substantially taxed on the equity I make from this sale. What are my options?

long story short. they started foreclosure on us. We are already in bankrupcy. The lawyer has done everything they can for us. So what do i expect now? Do they take the house as-is, or do i have to paint/clean, etc? If they're taking my house, do I bother to make the next payment (Dec)? I believe I have less than 60 days, living in TX.
