its possible but dont trust it most the time they are just trying to use you to get to america.see telling a person you love them is a strong word, most the time they dont love you.they are lying.i know this from experience it happen to someone i care about in my life once it happen he cheats on her all the time into alsorts of stuff.dont be fooled they are lying.
