A weekly draw is money that you have not yet earned. They are actually fronting you 400 per week and will take it out of your commisions at the end of the month.

What it truly means is that any money you are going to EARN, you will have to work for. This is the best kind of money you can make. Allow me to qualify my answer. You are hired on a commission basis and the only restrictions on how much you earn is your ability to build trust with your clients. You will have to have a sound understanding of the product you are selling, what benefit to your customer this product brings to them and the ability to close sales. If you are unable to close a sale you will go hungry as your ability to earn is directly equal to your sales skills.
