When issuing a credit card what is the lowest amount a bank
will go on the credit card.I like to get one only good up to
500.00 this one is what i will use only for internet purchases

$500 is the lowest credit amount I have seen.

I believe Capital One offers $200 Visa credit.

get one that protects you against fraud
Citi Bank will let you have a different credit card number for each purchase if you want (and you can set a limit for each number , no min)
