What is the procedure, cost and timeline? 2 of 3 owners refuse to sell on the open market, and refuse to buy the third person out at fair market value, as per the Will that left them the property over 3 years ago. This has been going on for over 2 years!

i have a project for a finance course at university, its kind of easy but with all the exams i have i dnt hv time 2do it.. plz help me!
what i have to do : find a recent finance article and do the followin, each on a seperate page 1: table of content, 2: summary of the article(max half a page), 3: analysis, 4: opinion/point of view, 5: recommendation (for the prob.), 6: conclusion, 7:bibliography/references, 8: copy of the article. please anyone that would help me i will b thankfull too and ready to help him later. thank you all good people.. please send the project to my email : sam_matta_85@hotmail.com. thank you again

My cousin owned the tavern and I was paid cash,I so I have no income verification, he passed away so now the bar is going into default with the morgage company and it needs a new roof and some other repairs. I know I can make it goldmine again but really don't have the cash,any ideas ?? - Vern

My friend has been homeless in london for about 6 months. During that time, he has slept at different friends houses, but most of the time, he has been sleeping in his car.

But now his car has been towed away because the tax disk has expired. He can't afford to pay to get it back because he is unemployed, and the car is soon to be destroyed along with all his belongings inside.

He does not want to be on the streets at christmas. What should he do? The local council wont help him get a flat, and he has no job to afford the rent for a room. He is only 24.

Any ideas, people?

I have about $30,000 in debts. Mainly from credit cards dating before 2002. I used to pay my bills on time, however, in 2002 I was diagnosed with a disabling illness and fell way behind on my bills. I no longer am able to work and have been on Social Security Disability Insurance for 6 months now. Would it be worth filing for Bankruptcy? or should I just wait till the "7 year reporting period" from creditors have passed, and not file? I really want to improve my credit rating ASAP! Also, I live in California and I'm planning on moving to Texas very soon. IF I should file for BK, Should I do it in CA or TX?

I am signed off work sick as I had an operation. I am looking for another job as work are being unreasonable about my sick absence. I had the op on a Wednesday and work wanted me in by the Monday. When I called them to tell then I had been signed off for 3 weeks, thy were implying that I shouldn't need that long. The 3 weeks are up and I am still in pain and hopefully going to get another sick note. In the mean time i am filling out application forms for other companies.. what should I put as reason for leaving? If I put that work are unreasonable with sick periods it will make me look like I take a lot of time off, but I don't .. it's just this one instance
