Where to get a fast cah loan

My boyfriend & I are looking to purchase our first home together. We'd like to get the most for our money, we'd like to find out what counties are the least expensive in property taxes. I have searched the web with my question and I can't seem to find this info, but I know it must be out there somewhere. Any help would be much appreciated!!! Have a nice week!!! ;-)

My health insurance is that I pay 40% and the out of pocket maximum says $5,000.00

So if the hospital bill is $400,000.00 do I have to pay 40% of that, or do I only pay $5,000.00

I feel like I'm wasting my time with some of these companies. Has anyone out there ever really made money with surveys. I know some earn points for referrals which I'm not interested in. I'm skeptical of any advice because of that, but will welcome any good suggestions. What companies only pay cash?

I need to know if it is legal or illegal for a Landlord to give his new renters the renters lease after they have moved in? I thought they have to give it before the renters move in? I need to know this for the state of Pennsylvania, our new landlord gave us our lease after moved in and I heard this is illegal, but don't know for sure. I need someone who really knows for sure, not just a guess off the top of there head. I tried looking for legal sites and stuff for help, and didn't find the answer to my question.

ther is a web site out there that one is able to to review info. on a specific house. previous owners, original price, taxes when built, all buyers, etc. there is a site that is free and i cannot remember the site. it is in dupage county, i remember at one time looking through way township.

I'm very good in internet marketing. I’m trying to found a people who want to make a quick/continuous ROI. I've been researching for months the best online businesses to buy/invest in. There are tons of site for sale all the time. I could easily double the profits of most of these sites. Many sites are already making 1-10k a month. What I want to start is a network of these sites. I do custome metal fabrications. I will name a few.
maine entry home door, fences, window guards,sliding gates, swinging gates,pool enclosures.I work with different paints, patinas,sandblasting,powdercoat.
some of the names that come to mind are: superior,quality,supreme,next generation,, i want it to standout.

My 12 year old just received a credit card offer in the mail from guess who...Capital One. As if those slimeballs ahven't been in enough trouble with class action lawsuits about predatory practices and marketing for those with bad credit or low income, now they're soliciting minors!

Is there a law that I can cite that would prevent them from soliciting to minors?

We just bought our first home and thought our land lord would understand when we said we would be moving out early. We thought she would just keep the security deposit and let us go but she is making us pay everything. it seems to us the lease doesnt say that we do have to pay the whole thing out. plus once the first year was over, we never signed a formal lease for the second year. she just sent over a paper she typed that asked us to check if we would be renewing the lease or moving out on the specified date. Does this even count as a legal lease, can she really hold us with that? if so is there a way to get out?

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP US?!?!?!

I have old & not so old World coins. Some {Mexico, South Amer., etc.} of these coins have been discontinued or are no longer in use, so how do I find out if they are current to exchange rate, collector coins, or crap not worth the material it's stamped on. This is for a debate in my gender communications class. The three main reasons I have already are:

They have higher paying jobs
They have higher status/position at work
They get promoted faster

My tags are good, at least they follow all the tutorial guidelines from www.w3schools.com. Yet these sites can't find them is it a gimic to get people to doubt they know how to do meta, so these search engine optimization sites can get paid.
