Is visa, as in the credit card, supposed to be capitalized?

Or can it be kept in lowercase? Grammatically speaking, that is.

Capitalize. Its not just any credit card--Its the Visa credit card. (proper noun)

VISA Corporation and the committee of banks that are in the board of directors insist the name is to be capitalized at all times.

VISA which stands for: Visa International Service Association should not be lowercase per specific reasons associated with the financial network and not the legal document of entry into another country. The name was created by founder Dee Hook.
