you may be able to check at www.irs.gov
and you need to save your returns - at least the last three years
in case of the dreaded AUDIT
or you can ask your senators and congressman to support S25 and HR 25 - the Fair Tax act - and lets get rid of the IRS

call irs and ask for a copy. They may charge you for a copy and a little late, but they should have a copy of it always. Good luck.
