I just bought some stuff of eBay and the guy said i can use paypao or money order. My paypal isnt wrokin so ima do a money order. Is Western Union a money order? Could i send the payment to his house?

Sometimes paypal starts working. If you already bought a money order they work similar to a check. I use western union money orders because they are gaurnteed. Most money orders are. Just keep the receipt that comes conected to the money order. It tells you how to get a refund if lost. Send the money order to where he tells you to send it. E-mail him and ask where to send the money order. He probably won't send you the items until he receives the money order though.

I would try to get paypal up and running. I was having trouble with paypal once and used a money order and got scammed. I never received the merchandise. With paypal you could get your money back.
If you chose to send a money order, just go to the customer service counter at the grocery store and buy one. It will cost about $1. Do not wire anything Western Union- Ebay policy discourages that because of a higher chance of fraud.
