In case you want to call, a better website for insurers is the FSA register. That way you don't have any nasty 0870 numbers costing you 8p per minute during the daytime.

Note that it has recently sold its general insurance business to Lloyds TSB so your query may get passed to them if it relates to motor / home / travel policies. Life business is still with Pearl.
