Do interpreters for the United Nations make alot of money??

I want to be an interpreter for the United Nations in DC, just wondering if you could give me some information on it..

Any interpreter could make well money if they are in the right field. United Nations probably would pat there interpreters well cause of the field. I say go for it.

$6.50 an hour and dental.
