Hi,

Can anyone give me advice on services to offer people at their
homes etc.( as a business venture?)

I've considered window cleaning and carpet cleaning but need to expand on options as these positions are common place and I would rather do something unique and relatively easy and cost effective to establish

Cheers,Paul

Mobile car cleaning; focus on automobiles, boats, etc.

With the increase in the population's age, looking into services for the elderly could be beneficial.
- grocery shopping
- moving things around in home
- travel assistance

Sometimes people leave pets at home when traveling. Refilling food and water while they are gone.

Just some ideas.

The most reliable one is gardening. Most people are not looking for special skills, but for a 'lawn dog' ie someone who will cut lawns, trim branches and keep a garden tidy. And it easily pays £8 an hour, virually anywhere. I know because my partner does it, and can't keep up with the work...

A personnel trainer/nutritionist that goes to peoples homes teaches them easy exercises they can do at home with little or no equipment. Also helps them with their diet etc.
This could be good for people who would never really want to go to a gym etc.
Its hard to think of anything really!

Mowing lawns, raking leaves, trimming hedges and trees. You could also do light carpentry work or remodeling, painting, cleaning out gutters, shop for people, wash cars at their home, house cleaning, clean out a garage, basement or attic.
