Dear Ms. _____
Please take notice of our intention to vacate apartment 409 in the apartment community known as Lakeview Apartments located at 123 Main Ave. N. in the City of Portland.

We will vacate on or before December 15, 2006 as stated on the Lease Agreement. Please accept this note as our letter of notification of moving.

Thank you.

This is going to sound weird... but... lets say your credit card had a limit of, say, $3k, and you went $15k over that limit. Besides charging you the fixed over limit fee, will you get in trouble in some other way?

Ok so this is kinda complicated. I'm 19 years old and I still haven't graduated High school...yes I know this is a bad thing but I had a lot of family problems that pushed me to drop out of high school. I am planning to go back to get my diploma. I recently applied for a job that requires a high school diploma but I lied on my resume that I graduated in London, England, is there really a way for them to find out that I didn't graduate at all? and if so what are the consequences if any?

I have worked one year at a country club as the Fitness Director and Personal Trainer. I have been successfully training clients for about 5 years. I have had people use inches (and even feet) with my help, many great compliments (and gifts), and recently started a 3rd class (a hybrid of yoga and pilates) because so many people requested it. And I am very enthusiastic about fitness and my job.
I guess I feel insecure because, at my new place of employment, I am the only choice for a trainer. Also, I have a couple of clients that travel back and forth to Miami (I am in Kentucky), well, one in particular, that I can tell thinks everything in FL is better. She makes comments how her husband had a great trainer in FL(I train him here - he has seen great results and seems to enjoy working with me), and how she takes great classes in Florida.
I guess some insecurity is good because I am continually creating new, exciting workouts.
Thanks for any help - I guess I vented a little :)

I am 37 and my husband is 38. We are both fairly intelligent, and hard working. We both currently have good jobs and are doing pretty well. We have been doing alot of thinking that we should start a business. We sort of feel stuck in a rut at our jobs, and hate the fact that we have to account for every move to a boss. He is extremely talented in the technology field. Computers, digital, and audio equipment, any kind of gadgets. I on the other hand Love gardening, organizing things, and anything to do with the outdoors. We both LOVE coffee, good music, and I would say kind of eccentric things. We both have experience with a variety of things from waiting tables to working in a microbiology lab. We have alot of talents but we don't have any experience in owning a business. What should we be focusing on as far as getting things started. Please anyone with any knowledge of being your own boss and being successful at it, I would appreciate any advice you could give.
