HAHAHAH that just made my day. I'm sorry, I know it's not supposed to be funny, but I can't help it. Anyway, I don't think you should fire him, in my opinion that's going too far. Do give him a warning though, that should teach him. I don't think he'll do it again, but if he does THEN you could fire him. But for now, give him a second chance, everyone deserves one

I would not fire em but I would let him know that it is not acceptable behavior and will not be tolerated at the work place and to consider it a verbal warning followed up with a written, lol. He would probably be too embarrassed to do it ever again with that on his record.. Besides that farting thing is a natural thing , but in that manor, it should not be done at work in a group setting while on the clock unless everyone had beans for breakfast and or lunch.

You don't need to be thinking about who you hire and fire with grammer like that. Let him fart and you go get yourself and education. Maybe you'll find that farting is totally acceptable.
