Ok, say you did four years in the Military, Enlisted (any branch), left as an E-5. Does that carry any weigh on your resume? Say someone did four years, left as an E-3 (For whatever reason, they never advanced). Or someone does twenty and leaves as an E6 or E7. I hear conflicting things. from an Idiot I work with he says it doesn't carry any weigh on the outside, and employers don't look at it. Another Co-worker says "Yes, employers look at that" Who is right?

I have three credit cards (yikes).

Here's a breakdown: (CC=Credit Card)
CC1: 1300 balance at 32% interest rate.
CC2: 300 balance at 0 interest for another 4 months.
CC3: 290 balance at 24% interest.

What would be better...paying off the smaller ones ASAP first, or paying them all down at the same time. I was thinking about tackling the 0 interest one first, and then going after CC3, all while making payments about twice that of my mininum pymt due in my CC1. In other words, I'd be paying off the small ones before really, really tackling the big one.

Looking at it all, I can't believe I'm almost 1900 in debt. That's scary. On top of my 6K in student loans (luckily in deferment since I'm still in school).

I may be pursuing the course out of interests, and I will be leaving the comfort zone of a monthly salary and two years of working experience.

I'm worried of not having a job when I graduate. Isn't everyone.

My fiance and I are seriously considering moving to Toronto (in Canada, no Ohio), though we're not sure if it will be sooner or later. Either way, we could use some advice. What is the job market like in Toronto? What is the cost of living? How long must one live there to receive the benefits of being Canadian (ie, healthcare)? What is the art scene like?
Most importantly, how much does such a move cost? We live in Michigan, by the way. Preemptive thanks for the assistance.

Because it seems as though employers want applicants to have a "calling from God" to work even the lowest paying jobs.
