I worked for one guy who was temperamental to the point of insanity. He had a hair trigger temper over the silliest things. Vengeful over nothing-we all had to walk on eggs.
The worst part was he was married but having an affair with another (and higher up) married male. They would meet at noon at a nearby park! If Mr. Prissy whined, the higher up would make by bosses boss change the situation! We were all happy for him when he finally came out of the closet years later!

Well, mine was a lady of course. Thru' my own experience and having been told by others, I believe it's terrible to be working under a woman - esp the whiney, finicky ones! I got a temporary job as a Male Secretary at a Consultancy Co. where my immediate superior was a lady. This b**** would make me do all her work, in particular, the filing. She would crib about the slightest things... like the alignment of the file tabs, the font size, the sequential numbering of the files etc. I understand that is what one would call as a well organized documentation system... but this woman was a freak in all totality. She just longed to find faults in my work. She would not let me talk to the other colleagues, including the bosses telling me that they are just wicked. She would tell me that internet browsing was not allowed at work and would even come up to my workstation to check the taskbar if I was online. She wouldn't let me have my choice of beverages from the office pantry saying those were just for the bosses. Her favorite passtime was bitching and gossiping about everyone around the office incl her own boss; who was of course, another woman! She would be very nice to her boss on her face, but the moment she would turn her back, the former would start swearing at her. Everyone in the office was nice to me and told me to ignore the witch. They all knew the traits of this woman and would just play innocent, yet mischievously gear her up. When I confronted her once, she said that I was rude and did not know how to speak with my superiors. I was glad to be out of there when I got my next and current job. It was a dream come true. For me... it was more of a blessing!!

Yes, I was a male secretary under a female boss, and she was the biggest ***** ever. In fact, I was forced to resign that position and have yet to find a job almost two years after the fact. You can see some of the rejection letters here:

I learned from that job how corrupt government agencies are and how hard work in an office situation can only make you more prone to being taken advantage of and becoming a punching bag if anything goes wrong.

Please do not be offended by my description of my former boss. He is a Mexican by birth, but he was adopted as a child by an American Jewish man. He converted to become Jewish, so he is a Jewish Mexican. The running joke is he's a Mexican Jew and the worst of each stereotypes (This is a refection of him, and not on Mexicans or Jews). He was the cheapest man ever... owned a radio station and even it 2005 he had me splicing reel to reels and working off of equipment from the 50's and 60's.

I worked at a pizza place and was a manager. When I wouldn't be around, my boss would scratch time off my time card. He made a kid work for him for free for no reason. He is a rapist! When he would screw something up, he would blame it on me to the customers. He is just a plain old son of a bad mother.
