Go in, introduce yourself and ask to speak to the bank manager. When you speak to the manager, introduce yourself, give them your resume and tell them you're interested in any open teller positions that are available. The manager will most likely say OK thank you, and then you just need to wait till he/she calls you for an interview. Good luck, I hope they hire you on the spot! :)

Be confident and say:
Hello, how are you?
My name is ________.
I am intrested in applying for a job as a teller.
Are you looking to hire at this time?
If they are not looking to hire you could ask if they know of any branches that are. Posting your resume on Monster.com is very resourceful too. It's like the job opportuniy comes to you vs. the other way around. Monster will email you jobs that fit what you are looking for.
