Well now that Winter is approaching and retail is getting it's holiday collections in, I'm sure you will start seeing wool pants and light blazers that will fit your dress code. Try express, limited, GAP.Layering is key. Put a turtle neck under your button up woven. That is very nice looking. I know that GAP has some great sweaters that are a Cotton and cashmere mix. I hope I helped. One more thing. If your really cold, you could wear leggings underneath your pants and that will hold in some body heat too. GAP currently has them. I do that when I go to the mountains when it is cold. When I say leggings I mean the kind that everybody is wearing under mini skirts right now, or the kind women used to work out in with a leotard over them back in the day. Good luck.

<>Layers is still the best answer to keeping warm. Wear a light T- or A shirt on top, followed by a dress shirt, followed by a thin sweater or vest, followed by a heavier sweater. On the bottom, wear thin thermals under your pants, or leggings with a skirt. You can always take something off if you get too warm, and put it back on when you get cold.

Here is something a nursing friend of mine wears when she is in the O.R:
She buys thermal type underwear. I believe it is called cups, cuds, cuddles or something like that. She gets them at Wal Marts or Sears. The the have a lots of different type tops ranging from short sleeve, and "V" neck to Tee type tops. And come in a variety of different colors.
She always puts them on first then puts her pantie hose on over them. And some times when it is real cold and she is wearing a dress she puts the flesh colored ones on then puts her pantie hose over them. And being a nurse she wears heavier gage pantie hose like support hose so you can not tell she is even wearing them under her stocking (pantie hose).
As for her feet she'll usually wear socks and again she puts them on first a longer with the bottoms of her cuds, cuddles, before putting her pantie hose on.
Maybe that'll will help you at least have a starting point.
