I left my past employer to concentrate on finding a job I truly felt I would like. My last job had so much turn-a-round in employees, heavier workload because of this and a lack of management dealing with the concerns of those that still worked for them. How does one explain this without coming across as being too negative. My response in the past was always "I left my previous employer in order to concentrate on finding a job where the employer recognizes an employee's excellent work ethic through advancement opportunities, this is something unfortunately, I was unable to accomplish with my previous employer."

Also, any answers to that proverbial question..."What is your greatest weakness?" Without responding with a campy or cliche type answer.

Thank-you.

Any way i was wondering how can i lower the average house price in my area so he doesnt get his money back on the sale. Should i convince my neighbours to open brothels? Or would throwing syringes about help? Also when people come to view the house dya think i should have a tramp party goin on? Would this put people off buying the house?

In 1999 2000 and 2001 I had about 100k in capital loss due to losses in the stock market. I have been carrying over that amount each year to this day and deducting the allowed 3000 from that balance each year from my income tax which is allowed by IRS. I know people say you should keep your tax records including 1099 etc for at least 3 years but since I will be probably carrying this amount over for the next 20 years do I need to keep these records from my brokerage for that amount? If not, how does the IRS verify that my carryover amount is correct? Simply by looking at the pattern of my previous 1040 schedule D's? Please help!
