I KNOW BETTER THEN TO ASK ABOUT SALARY OR BENEFITS. THIS IS NOT A FASTFOOD JOB, THIS IS A MANAGEMENT JOB

Don't ask too many questions it could sound like you are not sure about the job and you want everything clarified. One or two question at the end of the interview when they ask you is fine.

If they ask you a question and you don't immediately know the answer, don't panic and don't bluff, they'll know! Have a little think then if you can't answer say so. It shows how honest you are.

The most important thing is to dress smartly and smile. First impressions are made within the first 10 seconds of seeing someone.

Be friendly but not informal.

If the job sounds good then let them know by saying that you are very keen/interested at the end.

Relax now. This is the best thing you can do.

Good luck, hope u get it!

This question would have been better answered had you given us an idea of what you already have.

However, despite your lack of ideas I do have tips. Don't ask how much money you will be making or what benefits you will be getting in the first interview. These questions are better asked in the second interview and hopefully will be brought up by the interviewer. However, if it is just fast food or retail or some other minimum wage thing you can usually get away with asking.

Good luck, hope you get the job.

Don't ask about pay. You should have a good idea. It depends on if it is a big company or not, but if it has an HR department then you can ask them, but don't ask the hiring manager. As stated, don't go in with lots of made up questions. Ask pertinent questions and another good question I've gotten lately is "How will my performance be rated, how often." I thought that was a good question. A lot of times we look for people that will fit in the group. Ask about the people you would be working with and explain how you would fit with the group.

Pay Questions are better off being asked after you know you have the job. Asking about Retirement benefits lets them know that you are thinking long term employment with that company. Look up the Company on the internet. What do they specialize in ?? Ask questions about what the COmpany's main business is about.

Pay, hours, health care, 401(K), retirement, job responsibilities, opportunities for advancement, just to name a few.

Sometimes it's better just to listen.......and ask pertinent questions if clarification is needed.
