It is better to stay with the current job and look for a new one because there is no guarantee that you will get a job which is better than the old one once you leave your old job. Moreover who knows, the new boss may be more dumber.

If my saving is enough for me to spend for at least 3 months. I will consider to quit and look for another job.

If not, I will have to wait till I got another job offer.

For living and without any choice, I will still have to work for a dumb boss.

i don't know what a "dump" boss is? please explain. a person would be absolutely stupid to quit a job and then look for another. always have a job lined up so when you quit you go right to work the next monday on the new job. no vacations for you, lol

You must be a smart person to classify your bosses as "dump" people.

Surely, you are smart enough to find another suitable job before quitting Unless, you have enough savings to last you for a year without any revenue.

Frankly, I wonder Y a smart person is asking such a question here???

Never bank on the new job being right around the corner. Keep your current job and look for another. Always try to give your employer as much notice as possible that you're leaving.

I quit without a new job. I'll be looking and expect it to take a while, maybe even a YEAR!

All offices have problems. I can deal with that. The old place was winding down & I didn't see much point to working there...

I'll never quit my job until I find another job first. Besides, job interviewers like people who are currently employed rather than applicants who have been unemployed for a considerable period.

It is NOT wise to quit a job before getting another. Bills keep coming in, and must be paid.
