Most retail stores are ripe for union organizers.

They pay the industry average, but most have a cavalier attitude when it comes to on the floor employees. These employees who are the "face" of the organization are threatened with "no raise" unless credit card application quotas are met; suggestions are rewarded with "Company Script", which can only be used in-store for purchases and cannot be used to pay off credit card balances; and "Employee Discounts" (10%) are given only on credit card purchases. (The cards have an the interest rate of 24%, if the balance is not paid monthly.)

Granted, every once in a while there are "parties", provided the employees provide the food and drink and clean up afterward.
