I got a tattoo that seemed to be healing fine. Went through the peeling and looked great. 10 days in, the colored flowers on my tattoo got severely inflamed - raised like welts and itchy as hell. The black parts were fine.
3 days later, I went to the doctor, who said to just put hydrocortisone on it, and take allergy pills (I'm taking loratadine). I used the Aveeno kind of hydrocortisone, as well as Aveeno Skin Relief lotion. The swelling went down, but my whole tattoo has turned into one big itchy rash. The rash has even spread to nearby skin that isn't tattooed. I've had this rash problem for 7 days now. What can I do for relief? Is this going to go away?!

Should I get a tatto for the first day of school? All my friends are gonna be trying to pick out the best thing to wear for the 1st day. I think if I just had a tatto I would beat all of them. This is our last year, and I REALLY wanna be edgy. Last year people just signed my yearbook "Have a good summer" LOLZ

What tatto should i get? It has to be kinda tough, but also cool, and maybe cute so girls will like it.

Hey, there is a kind of paper that tatoo artists use when they're previewing a tatoo or to apply the design before they start the inking. I wanted to get that paper to test out a tat before I get it since its pretty big and will be on my back. So, what kind is it? Thanks.

Do you think this type of tattoo would look good on the shoulder blade area? I might be attempting to bulk a little in the future and I'm only concerned if I gain some more muscle and it becomes distorted. But I'm not sure how much muscle gains occur near the shoulder blade.

I am planning on getting a tattoo, of Elmo holding a heart that says "Elmo Loves Kristen"
The thing is I wanted it on my LOWER BACK...right above my crack. But I heard that it hurt more than it does on other body parts. I just want some advice. On if I should get it there or not. The main reason I was going to get it there was to cover it if I had to. But I don't tolerate pain very well. So I want a nice and easy tattoo.

I'm hoping to get input from actual tattoo artists as well, but any input would be helpful from anyone who has had the tops of their feet tattooed. I want something, not quite sure what yet, but want to know, in comparison with other body areas, such as back or stomach, how painful is having the feet done and also, what risks are there, i.e., rubbing off because of shoes, not healing well, etc.

i'm thinking bout having a guardian angel tattoo on my back, which my spine acts as a mirror. which means that the design on the right of my spine is exactly the opposite design of the left...... something like the one on beckham's back, but much more lively. and i hope that the hands is slightly lower than the 'cross' ones, like saying 'come to my arms'. any suggestions?

My boyfriend and I have greadually been stretching up with the help of tapers, unfortunately one of the taper guages we bought was mislabled and he ended up stretching up two guages and it seriously messed up his ear. As of this morning his ear was bleeding and looked sore. He immediately took the piercing out and attempted to clean his ear up and disinfect it but it still had a decent amount of blood inside. Does anyone have any suggestions on what he can do to prevent infection? Oh and he went up from a 4 guage to a 0.

First artist had my design stenciled on the back of my neck. Simple tattoo (two eyes) You could see that the eyes did not match. Went back the next day and he said he would fix it. Stood me up twice. Then got another appt for 10:00 at night called at 9:30 and he said to come on in. Got there and he told me it was going to be an hour he is behind. He wasn't working on anyone when I came in. I think he took someone that just walked in. Anyway I have been waiting for a month to get him to fix it so I went to another artist and he said he could add on the couple of things I wanted done to kinda correct the others work. Well this guy the same thing. Eyes are suppose to look alike. Neither one of these artist had them matching. Simple tattoo. What should I do. I know I am going to add on to the new mistake and get someone else to fix it but I will be going to the best. Should the other two parlors give back my money. I have pictures what I wanted and what I got from both.
