any cream will not work. The ink is in a more permanent layer of skin than the cream can reach. Tat be gone is just a way to get you to spend money on crap.
Laser treatment or skin removal are the only two choices that will actually get rid of a tattoo. Both are very painful. Skin removal is cheaper, but you'll be left with a rather large scar. Laser treatment is an expensive, long, and very painful process that can also leave scarring.
Sucks, but it's true. Sorry.
