is this something you've seen, or something you want?

there are various tattoo sites (the one i know best is bmeink.com) which people load pictures of their tattoos on, but you can't guarantee finding it if it's someone's personal tattoo - however if you go to a tattoo artist with the idea, they should be able to draw it up for you

Well, there's a band called the Kottonmouth Kings, and they have a symbol of a heart with wings, except both wings are facing up. Try looking at that and see if that looks anything like what you're talking about.
