Help bleeding overstretched earlobes!?

Question

My boyfriend and I have greadually been stretching up with the help of tapers, unfortunately one of the taper guages we bought was mislabled and he ended up stretching up two guages and it seriously messed up his ear. As of this morning his ear was bleeding and looked sore. He immediately took the piercing out and attempted to clean his ear up and disinfect it but it still had a decent amount of blood inside. Does anyone have any suggestions on what he can do to prevent infection? Oh and he went up from a 4 guage to a 0.

Have him take it out and clean it with sea salt. Have the jelwery out till it heals before continuing his stretch. It will take about 2-3 weeks before it fully heals.

I had went through this before I am now 2 1/2 inches.

To prevent infection he needs to clean it out 2-3 times a day and put ani-biotics on it. He could have a cyst bump but not sure. If it hurts at times get a rag with semi-hot water and rub the ear.

keep the ear very clean, and go back to the smaller guage piercing - generally you should keep the jewellery in piercings to prevent complications from infection (if infections get in the hole, and the edges close up, the infection gets trapped inside - not good).

Keep the plug out of his ear
and he has to keep cleaning it.
I would suggest going to a good piercing shop and asking them.. but hes going to have to wait a long time before attempting to re-stretch his ears.

placed cleansing stuff on and put in a earring that u have been given pierced with. a sprint blood is familiar.it ought to have closed nevertheless so attempt to push it via, yet whilst u won't be in a position to then pass the place u have been given it pierced and do it back.wish this helped:)

he could use alcohol..it hurts..but it has to..that will help . thats what i did to mine.
