Tattoos - May 2007

i'm 17 and i live in dallas texas and i really want a tattoo for summer. this isn't a sudden thing and i have been thinkin about it for years and i have found exactly what i want. my parents were ready to take me to get it but the ppl said you had to be 18 no matter what. where is the closest place i can go to get it done. i know in Louisiana and Florda you can get it done with a parents permition, which i have. but does any1 know about anywhere closer?

Hey everyone! Im 15 and I want to get i tattoo. My mom is not sure yet. I just want to get a red heart with my best friend's name put in it [he died,so it's not like something would make me want to remove it], with arrows coming out of it. I know I am young. Is there anything I should know before I get one?? In your opinion, in this case, do you think i shoud?? Thank you

can i get it tattooed over? i mean it looks pretty crappy and i was thinkin about covering it up, i know it will hurt more, but is it possible to cover it up so it doesnt look crappy?

It isnt bleeding and its looking good. Its a black and white cross with shading on my back.

I was wondering what yall thought about the sun.

I was wanting to go fishing in the next couple of days and to the beach in a week. Is it ok to still go outside and keep a shirt covering it? Or is the sweating and heat a bad thing all together?

Im looking for ideas for a couples tattoo. we are getting married may 19th, and going to the Bahamas and Florida for our honeymoon but no idea what we should get for a tattoo. we really don't want palm trees or anything cheesy...but still Bahama or Florida themed??? no dolphins or flowers since my fiance has to have this tattoo on him also.
