Why do guys call this a "hoe tag" or "bullseye" or "target"

Because when I guy is having sex with you in the dog position, he can pull out and ejaculate on your back...it gives him something to aim for.

Alright, here's a little history.
Tattoos weren't always accepted. Just "bad seeds" had tattoos. Therefore; when a girl had a tattoo, she was considered to have loose morals. As tattoos got popular, a popular location for femme tattoos is the lower back.
Also, those brave women who pioneered the lower back tattoo fashion were probably were into partying. (I don't think the church lady would get one).
A trendy little rhyme was conceived - tramp stamp - and it has stuck. Does it really mean anything? Only to prepubescent teenage boys and those that still act like them.

Maybe because most guys are a little immature, incredibly horny and anything on, near or remotely connected to a woman's body becomes a sexual fetish.
Now a term like "ho tag" sounds like somebody might be dealing with some anger issues towards women.

Because they're guys, why else. I have one on my lower back that is a rose with 2 butterflies on it and I'm not a slut. I didn't get mine untill after I was married. If you want one get one. Dont listen to guy's.

From what i have heard the tatoo on ur lower back is a slutt tatoo i guess they say it makes you seem easy,
