i got mine done in venice beach, california. it was pretty cheap. i got 2 dragons on each side of my lower abdomen and everyone thought that it was pretty cheap and its detailed too. the cost for my tattoo was 160 but i thought that it would be around 300 but it was cheap. u should go to venice, they have a lot of tattoo parlors and they might be cheap there.

Got mine in Dallas at an excellent place. I got a Celtic trinity knot on my lower back, and it took the guy all of 15 minutes to do the whole outline. He did a very good job. The circle was a REAL circle, and the points of the knot were good and sharp. But mine was $150. There is no such thing as a "good, cheap" tattoo. Good artwork takes some money, and good tattoo is no different. Good luck!

Back & upper arms (well, left only so far). I say "all of back" now, cuz it's upper 2/3rds at the moment but I'm sold on extending it.

I got mine at Staircase Tattoo & Body Piercing in Santa Cruz. However, I don't think you'll want to go to them as they only cover 2 of your four requirements. They are extremely fast and very, very good - winning awards level of good. However, they are too far for you (probably), being the Monterey Bay area south of San Francisco, and they are not cheap. In my opinion worth every penny, but that's a personal call.

I got mine in Lafayette, butterfly and flowers that start on my foot by my toes and wraps around the side to my ankle.
Don't feel ripped off- it was your first tattoo- you should love it however much it cost. Big deal you couldve gotten it cheaper somewhere else.

And why do you want something cheap and fast when it's permantly going to be on your body???

I got my first tattoo in Big Daddy's Tattoo shop in Fayette County, PA. It's a dove carrying a rose in it's mouth while in flight, and I got it on my left hip-bone. It's not too big and cost arounf $40. I'm not sure if you got ripped off, though. Tattoos are pretty steep price-wise.

What will you do when your old when you still have tattoos??
Yah, that may seem like forever. But forever comes.
Don't be stupid and get another tattoo.
God says to be GOOD to your body. Not destroy it.
Do whatever you want but you WILL regret it some day.
