Hello I am 10 years old and i want my belly percied.Does I t hurt really bad and have you had yours percied before and i want a tatoo what advice can you give me so I won't b scared.

ive had it for about 6 years and every now and then the black outline swells up and gets really itchy.

I've been planning to have a tattoo done for quite a while, I know where I want it ((inbetween base of neck, top of back)) and the design I would like http://www.tattoofinder.com/find_tattooDB.asp ((thin motion star)). Anyway my question is how much do they hurt? Do some places hurt more than others?

I am going for my first tattoo tomorrow. Please don't respond if you're going to say "just don't get one, you're going to regret it"- I am well aware that many people regret their tattoos. I am 19 and have wanted a tattoo since I was 9 or 10, I always loved the temporary ones and in the past couple of years I have flirted with the idea. I know exactly what I want and am very excited about this!

Now my question is, does it hurt a LOT? Doesn't matter either way, but I do want to be prepared. Should I take tylenol before or something? I went with my friend to get her tattoo and she didn't take any medicine. They just gave her a bandage and told her to keep it on for 2 hours and put vaseline on after so it could heal. If any of you have tips or personal tattoo stories I would like to hear them. Thanks.

i didn't see him change the needle on his tattoo gun b4 he start to tattoo me. His reason is that he changed it everytime he finished tattoing someone so he can get work done faster

I am 15yrs old and am a big fan of Marilyn Monroe. I have decided to get a tattoo in memory of her when i am old enough. I have told my mum about this and shes 100% fine with it and thinks its lovely, cos she knows how much i like Marilyn and that i wont regret it. The thing is, as i live in the UK, i would love to know what the rules are for tattoo's. I know that you have got to be 18 to get one, but ive also heard you can get one aged 16 with parental permission. Is this true?

I am getting my entire back done with one piece, but over several sessions...Due to lack of cash. I sat through 4 1/2 hours and I wasn't able to "zone out" the tattoo became less enjoyable beacuse of the pain...What are some ways to get through this???
