I think girls with tongue rings are sexy. Sexually, it is amazing. I had a talentless girl go down on me pretongue ring and she sucked. 7 months later, we hooked up again and though her technique hadn't changed, it was awesome! Regardless of promiscuity though, they are just plain cute.

No. We were brought up believing that a girl with rings anywhere other than the ears were BAD girls. Much more promiscuous than others.
Hard to beat many years of negative reinforcement.
