ok so i got my navel pierced a week ago. I took it out today because i just couldn't take it anymore. it wasn't for me. i don't know if it was the smartest thing to do. my piercing is infected and swollen and red. it keeps pussing too. it has been for awhile. that is also why i took it out. does anyone know how to care for a piercing after removal. i looked all over the internet and saw no care for it. do i put sopa on it, a bandaid.. i have no idea! please help. thank you!

All right, I like this girl. I am Slightly overweight, and have freaking lot of pimples on my face. And the girl that I like is beautiful, around my shoulder height and I am not sure if she likes me.

Question 1 : How do I get rid of my pimples fast ?

I'm kinda self conscious you see. I have a bit of red acne scarring on my cheeks, although I think they're getting better. Anyways, whenever I'm in the bathroom, I stand in front of the sink when doing my hair, putting moisturizer on, etc. When my mom or one of my siblings come into the bathroom to use the sink, I tend to stop what I'm doing and wait to use the mirror for that spot instead of moving to the side. The reason for this is cause my face doesnt look as red and messy in front of the sink. Also, theres a bathroom at my church that usually has a door opened leading outside. For that reason, light isnt really needed. And when I look into the mirror in it, my face looks a lot better, not that red at all. Other public inside bathrooms have the same kind of light as my bathroom and therefore have the same effect.
Do certain lights amplify redness? And how do i know what I really look like? Does it depend on the lighting? Do mirrors show the exact reflection of reality?

Ive been trying to find "Spread your wings and fly" in kanji symbols. I cant seem to find it anywhere! Im also wondering if I could just take three kanji symbols... "Spread" "Wings" "Fly" (in that order) and would it translate to the same thing? If anyone has any ideas, please let me know! Its being incorporated into a tattoo that ive been working on, so I cant have it being read wrong!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I only have acne on the forhead of my face really close, or ON the hairline of my scalp. But I just can't get rid of it! Mabe its because the oils of my hair rub off on it and thats why it doesn't work! But I want to get rid of it! I use proactive but that doesn't get rid of it either!
Please Help!
P.S.Someone told me to use egg yolk or something because the sulfa in it gets pores clean but does it really work?

Since i hit puberty i have been gettins spots, not squeezabe ones, just little red ones, but lots of them, on my chest, boobs, back, and shoulders, even after my acne on the face cleared up. Ive tried acne creams and soaps, and all sorts of exfoliating things, its not an allergy or anything, can anyone reccomend anything? Im not self conscious of it or anything, just after 8 years its getting a bit boring!

i was just wondering how old everyone was when they decided to get their first tattoo.my first one was technically done when i was 13 in shop class with a needle and some indian ink.lucky i didnt get a funky infection!lol.but my first "real" one was done when i was 19.

I don't know if anyone reads dooce.com, but today i read this in her blog:

"My roommates eventually took pity on me and introduced me to moisturizer, one that wouldn’t cause massive, pepperoni-sized acne, but no one ever thought to tell me to stop using bar soap to clean my face. And up until a few weeks ago, that is what I have been using every morning and night. Bar soap. On my face. And have wondered ignorantly why people often think that I am older than my husband who was born ten years before I was."

Now I'm freaking out, because I use bar soap in the shower for my body and face. Is this wrong?!?!

I have a friend who has a red and black star tattoo and right around the red parts he has started to break out in bumps that itch like crazy. He's taken Benadryl but nothing is working. My T-zone is quite oily, but my U-zone is dry.....my pores are visible, if observe closely, but my U-zone peels occasionally...i am experiencing having oily as well as dry skin!!
What product should I buy? For dry skin? Or for oily skin?
I am planning to buy Body shop seaweed range for normal/oily skin..is it ok?

I am considering getting this image tattooed on my inner bicep, but am concerned as to whether or not I could get it done to my satisfaction. It's beauty comes from its symmetry and it would be ruined by crooked lines and sloppy work. Is it even possible?
It would be about 4" in diameter.
