Depends on your skin, depends on the tanning lotion (ill give tips later) If you have white skin chances are you become red rather than brown after the first 2-3 sesions. With sun protection you stay white, and with tanning cream you start to go all varients of colors after 4-5 days.
Some taning lotions work well, so well that you dont even need to go out in the sun for them to work. They are tanning lotions not to be confused with sun protection lotions, that you should not use for only 15 mins exposure if you want to get your skin of any good colour.
Here is a secret receipe we use in the south of France: Olive oil. Not only does it smell good and is great for your skin, but it accelerates the tanning of your skin and gives it a very nice colour compared to tanning lotions that are a bit yellowish or browning. You should get goos results after 2-3 sessions but turn around frequently.
However I am suggesting you this because you stay only 15 mins in the sun, it has no sun protection value! Links below to make your own tan lotion, plus a little extra on olive oil's other benifits. Hope this helped!

1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons castor oil

You will probably start showing in 3-4 times depending on what level bed you go in, they have lots of different lotions at the tanning salon to choose from. I'd use a good bronzer.

Don't go every day, maybe every other day. If you burn it'll be a slower tan. You will show quicker if you use a tanning lotion for sure! Get one with a bronzer or even double/triple bronzer for maximum darkness. They also show a hint of tan right after if you go for your tan. You'll see your tan after a few tans, but it depends on how easily your skin tans. (all types tan differently - light, olive, med etc.) Enjoy your tanning!

Using a lotion with an enhancer will DEFINATELY speed up the tanning process. Keeping your skin hydrated will help prolong your tan too....use lots of lotion. Once you get a good base tan you wont have to tan everyday....you dont need to damage your skin unnecessarily!

I used a lotion from the tanning salon for the first time this year and my tan is better than ever and faster than ever. I recommend using a lotion for sure.

Unless your skin is really dark to begin with, I think you will FRY if you go 5 days a week for 15 minutes. My ethnicity is Greek so my skin is pretty dark and I'd be burnt to a crisp after 2 sessions at that rate. I'd ask the salon but they'll probably tell you to start slower.

It would be a lot easier if you just colored yourself in with a brown marker.
