I dont know about glitter tattoos but I know that you can go to any party store or kid store and they should sell temporary tattoos for kids or anyone for that matter.

there are "skin safe" paints that can be run through an air brush gun. a few simple stencils and about $10 investment in paint, a talented air brush artist and your on way to quick long lasting temperary tats that will be more exciting than the rub ons!
