Since i hit puberty i have been gettins spots, not squeezabe ones, just little red ones, but lots of them, on my chest, boobs, back, and shoulders, even after my acne on the face cleared up. Ive tried acne creams and soaps, and all sorts of exfoliating things, its not an allergy or anything, can anyone reccomend anything? Im not self conscious of it or anything, just after 8 years its getting a bit boring!

Hi

I get the same thing on my thighs and arms. I've found that using a really rich moisturiser on these areas clears it up but as soon as i stop it comes back. Hope this helps.

Options:-

(1) You could see a dermatologist, they are specialists in skincare- have a search on the Internet for one in your local area

(2) Go to your local pharmacist, they give good over the counter advice

(3) Drop into a NHS Walk-In centre, they may be able to help

(4) Go and see your Doctor

(5) NHS have a website on all sorts of conditions:
http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/

(6) You could do some research on the Internet and find out more about this sort of problem

(7) Visit a Chinese Herbal Shop, they have loads of these stores around and do frequently treat these sort of conditions. They may be able to give you something to help you. This worked for my friend who had a problem with his foot.

My sister has some type of thing on her arms that are red dots that will never go away. You won't know until you go to a dermatoligist. It could be excema too which is a type of allergy and may or may not be itchy. You really need to get it checked.

Chlorine likely dried your epidermis out slightly, sounds like excema to me. I conflict through from it a lot. Use a lot of moisturising lotion and visit the physician, they are going to examine for particular what that's and grant you with the appropriate cream.. If excema, E45 helps.
