get a good wash cloth, wet it and rub the bar of soap on the wash cloth. then it will get all soapy and you can use that.

Use a washcloth. The friction of the towel against the soap will give you lather. Body wash is sometimes harsh on the skin. Always go with the original things (bar soap and washcolth) when you're having problems. Next, those little mesh things give you lots of lather but they're not so great for cleansing...if fact, they suck to me. (no offense to the other answers) So use a wash cloth...i would recommend olay or dove soap...

Use one of those spongy things that look like balls of mesh all tied up - it will give you a lot of lather. Or use a body wash instead of a bar soap.

But the amount of lather doesn't matter - you'll get clean even if you don't get much lather. Its the soap and rubbing action that matters.

1) Put the soap under water
2) Move it around in your hand it will get soapy
3) Once soap is there movee the bar around your entire body

Or you could just read the instructions that come with the soap
But there's this one bar of soap that says use like regualr soap( gee wonder how that is?) ;)
Or you could buy bodywash

You should use a pouf or a wash cloth. Wet and then run the soap on the cloth. Then use the sopay cloth or pouf on your body. That is what you are looking for !!
