My question is---why would you want a flash design? When I got my first tattoo I knew nothing about picking out a good artist. I went to a shop, picked out a flash and had the tattoo done. Now that I know there are wonderful tattoo artist all over the country, I regret getting a flash put on and I wish I had a real tattoo artist do my tattoo.
Look at all the beautiful custom tattoos. Here is a web site where you can see good tattoos; find them by location; by tattoo styles; etc. I think you will be more satisfied by going the custom route. Good luck.

Flash art is for people who really should not get a tattoo. Go to an artist and have them create you one. That way you will not see it on every college student in town!

I dont know about the flash thingee...but google it...you'll find ooodles upon ooodles of Tats sites...i found some for me.
