my hair is medium brown. i have had bleach blonde hair before and don't want all the maintenance. any suggestions?

to wash it only every other day? or to use a daily moisturizing shampoo and conditioner?
i am trying to get rid of all my breakages and make my heair healty again.
aslo what is a good leave in conditioner?
and any other tips on how to get my hair back to being healty will be great =]

I want a butterfly with a virgo sign and flowers on a vine tree kind of thing. Not too big.... Dont want it were it is visable to wear a strapless dress. I do have stretchmarks on tummy. right now its summer break from college, and i live about 200 miles from my fiance ...ok for the past few months my fiance and in have been casually talking about him getting a tatoo. and i was getting a matching one. (for those of you who care, he got invader zim and im suppose to eventually get gir, zims pet "dog") we figured names were too personal but this was cute.....ok anyways last night i tried to call him for hours and hours and he didnt answer, and i knew there was a tat place close to the mall (he told me im goin to the mall) so he calls me back at like midnight and says"sorry i didnt answer i was getting a tatoo" and im like OMFG.....i am in total shock he actually did it! i didnt have any idea he was serious! am i wrong to be shocked? would anyone else be in shock?! i dont care he got it i just didnt expect it so soon! its there forever!
we love eachother and know everything about eachoter, hes a big chicken i dindt expect him to stick to it!!
