You must use a strong exfoliant scrub with warm water for about 5 minutes. Scrub until your skin is pinky-red. Then gently squeeze out the blackhead(s).
Then saturate a cotton ball with witch hazel and wipe the area immediately.

There are some options:
Wash your skin twice daily with good quality facial products.
There are also strips that you can use to clean out your clogged pores.
Make an appointment for a facial. Ask if the technician will address whiteheads and blackheads. Some will and some will not. Don't force it.
The facial is a good approach a couple times a year, while you really need a daily regime.
If you insist on dealing with the "squeezing" and popping, then make sure you have CLEAN HANDS. Don't use a tool that is sharp. Steam open your pores. Then "express" the black heads in question. Wash your face well afterwards, and use a toner to close your pores.
If you have dirty hands or don't wash your face, then your newly opened pore which was recently irritated can become infected, and that results in a large ZIT.
The facial will really make a difference. The strips are nice too, but the best defense is keeping a clean face, and washing your hands regularly. We touch our face all day long.

Trust me ... this is kind of embarrassing, but I know from my dermatologist). Popping a blackhead will get it out but it is not worth it, because it will leave a dark bruise there for about a week or so. If you do it wrong, you might possibly enlarge your pore.
BUT ... if you absolutely MUST ... make sure you have washed your hands with antibacterial soap. (Don't ever touch your face with dirty hands.) Wash your nose gently with whatever facial cleanser you have and warm water. Then get two Q-tips (if you don't have any, you can use tissues over your fingers or cotton balls). This is VERY important. You do not want a disgusting bruise that will show the world that you have picked at a blackhead.
Very gently, press on both sides of the blackhead. Most likely the sebum, or the oil buildup in your pores, will come out. Stop squeezing only when the yellow sebum has come out. (Gross, huh?)
After you pop your blackhead(s), you should splash your nose repeatedly with COLD WATER ONLY. Do not wash with lukewarm, warm, or hot water, because that will enlarge your pores. Don't put any moisturizer or any other facial lotion on your nose afterward. By the way, you should do this at night, so that sunscreen doesn't clog the pores.
But there is a better method of getting rid of your blackheads without any chance of getting hideous bruises. Save up some money and go to the spa for a facial, where you can relax and know that by the time you walk out of there, you're not going to have any blackheads or bruises. OR you can just go to the drugstore where you can get Biore products, which treat pores and blackheads.
Good luck with your blackheads, though ...

You can't pop them, and DO NOT PICK AT THEM! This will only cause scarring and marks that will make your face look worse than the blackheads. You can try one of two things; buy those blackhead strips at the drugstore and try them-I find they kind of work, but not great. Or, try this: boil up some water, pour in a bowl, and place your head over the bowl, cover up with a towel and steam your face for a bit (just make sure the steam isn't too hot). This will help clean out your pores, bringing the dirt (which is what's causing the blackheads) to the surface. Then, gently blot your skin with a tissue, and you should see black crud on the tissue, which is the dirt. Use a bit of toner after you steam to help close up your pores, and make them a bit smaller. Don't go over and over your skin with the tissue, this can just irritate your skin. Don't try really abrasive scrubs or masks as this can just make your skin worse. That method really does work.

ooo no don't pop em, i've tried it, it does get the dirt out BUT it gets red and attracts even more attention, but i used to use thumbtacks, not sure why just had em lying around, and it did get the grim out but eh just not worth it, try scrubing with a scrub washing your face with a hot washcloth and then wash it with a cold one (the cold washcloth will close back up the pores so dirt in the air doesn't collect in them)

i might want to fairly propose a clay face mask two times per week! you may want to locate one which asserts that's perfect on your epidermis kind (Dry/oily/mixture) yet clay is tremendous, it attracts dirt out out of your pores really than rubbing off the outer layer of epidermis like some face mask do.
