why do girls wearing daring clothes get mad when people whistle at them or say " hot, sexy, etc"? i mean they are exposing them and they are mad when people stare at them... its ironic @_@ thanks

I want to get a tattoo but I want it to come out looking as good as possible. I want to make sure I choose the right artist to do it but I really don't know anything about the different shops near me, nor do I know anyone who does. Is there a place where I can find reviews on artists and shops near me?

A few weeks ago I seen a black guy with a mohawk! I thought that was so cool , he was pretty brave for doing it. I'm black and I'm wondering If I could pull of hair styles that some white, asian, latino guys wear. I know I would have to go through the whole ordeal of straightening my hair but I really want to do something new, regardless of how risky it may be.

That's what the hairdresser said. She told me that since I have never curled my hair before, now that I want to curl them permanently , it would be difficult to maintain my curls. She predicted that they won't be last for six months.

Lol xD It doesn't seem like much to me but my friends think it's overkill...

I've got 3 black/silverish watches on my left hand each devoted to a different purpose and function...
-A chronograph devoted to time and acts as a calendar
-A custom one for lunar astrology
-One to act as an mp3 player and storage device
2 rings on my index and middle finger
-A silver/black one with my enscryptions
-a plain silver knot ring that my gf got me
On my left hand are 3 braclets
-One stainless steel bangle with some meshed chains and plate
-One wide silver cuff with no designs
-An identical stainless steel bangle braclet

ok so i got my hair cut up to my shoulders and layered and i hate it! the stylist made a mistake while cutting it so she made it shorter then i would have liked. So..school starts on AUg, 27 so how much do you think it will have grown by then? (like in inches)and is there anything i can do to make it grow faster?

I'm 21, and have been shaving since I was 13 and have never been able to successfully use shave cream. All those shaving commercials on tv always frown up the using the "razor and soap" routine when shaving your legs. Well, I have to because I can never use shaving cream without continuous bleeding for like, an hour! I literally have to wrap my legs in a towel to clot the blood. I've tried every kind of razor out there, I don't use the same razor more than twice, I've tried every kind of shave cream out there, but no matter what cream I use, I get terrible razor burn and bleed everywhere!! I thought I was pushing too hard, so I tried that, didn't push hard enough, still nothing! But when I shave with just a razor and water, I'm perfectly fine! Why is this? I've tried everything! What am I doing wrong?

I have an eyebrow infection and I really need suggestions on how to make it go away. Its only about a 14G or so... small. Anyway, it's all crusty around the holes and when I take out the ring, it's swollen and puss comes out. Right now I take it out everyday and soak the ring and the peirced part of my face in peroxide. It seems to be helping very little, but still helping. Is this good or bad? Any other ways I can heal it?

i am a dancer and my concert is in less than a week, but rehearsal is 2 days away. i have two costumes that are very low back and a low back bra does not work with them. i am a full B/small C cup and cant go braless on stage. where can i go to find a clear strap or backless bra that will hold my girls up and keep them in place? i need to know and FAST! within the next 24hrs would be wonderful! thanks!
