Did you wear high heels, even though you can't see shoes out of the bottom of the dress?

What if you were taller than the guy when you were wearing heels?

I am wearing a pair of dressy white ballet shoes for my wedding. Not only are they more comfortable, but it does stop me from being taller than the groom. I think that a nice pair of those would be good, and you can always change them after the ceremony for the reception if you wish.

I wore heels. I've been to other weddings where the bride was taller than the groom and thought nothing of it. Also, wear falts if you don't want to look taller. Your dress will be altered according to what shoes you will be wearing on your wedding day

no...high heels aren't the only option..but if I were taller than the guy then I wouldn't wear high heels..it'll look awkward. (LOL) there are other shoes that can be worn under the dress. even converse or nike (kidding..)

i think that you should wear heels depending on the style of the dress and if it is too tall maybe go an inch short because you don't want to look like you are over powering him
