Ok..I did a bit of research on this because it used to be a problem for me so what I recommend is:

1. Make sure you are hydrated...drink plenty of water throughout the day.

2. Make sure you are not constipated, that waste sitting in your body can really make it smell. If you are take some fiber capsules (like Metamucil) with again...plenty of water.

3. No douching! It can give you yeast infections and other kind of infections. My gynecologist told me so. If you feel you have a problem with odor down there, see the gynecologist.

4. Make sure your clothes are properly washed. When you wash your clothes don't overload the washer and use hot water to kill the germs and dry them properly, damp clothes can become moldy.

5. The advice above about using a washcloth is good. Wash the problem areas with a mild soap and washcloth and scrub for a while...not too hard, irritating your skin will make things worse. Try to use soaps that dont have a scent, like Dove for sensitve skin. If you want to smell pretty use a perfume you like but the reason I say that is sometimes allergies to perfumes in soaps and things can cause problems in your skin. Avoid products with perfumes if you can. I use a mineral salt crystal for deodorant, they sell it at the drugstore, it doesn't stop you from sweating but it keeps the smell to a minimum. Sometimes I change my shirt and freshen up when I am able to, like in the middle of the day I wash my underarms with soap and rinse and apply my deodorant again.

6. Sometimes hormones can cause odor and stress can cause your hormones to go crazy so try to relax as much as you can, take good care of yourself.

I agree with the above comment about what you eat. Sometimes what you eat can make you have bad BO, but the water and fiber should help with this.

I hope this helps you. I know how difficult it is to deal with this problem. I don't have it so much anymore so I hope what worked for me works for you.

I wish I could help you with this one but seems to be a problem of mine as well so I'd like to know the answer too! Seems no matter what deodorant I use my underarms still smell. I've even tried putting baby powder (the corn starch johnson and johnson kind) on after the baby powder to no avail. I seem to throw alot of white shirts away because I can't stand to even see a little yellow, makes me feel gross even if I can't see it! I am always afraid if I feel stinky than others can smell it as well. I always wear perfume and keep deodorant in my purse. I think some people just have more active sweat glands than others, but I wish I knew so I could help us both!

what percentage is a lot? I easily have 12, and eight muddle packing boxes, which I clean two times an afternoon. My answer to this issue replaced into (is).....i exploit clumping / scoopable muddle, and that i purchase it in 40 lb buckets. I set a bucket beside a muddle field at one end of my abode and yet another beside a muddle field at the different end of the abode. In each and every bucket ( lidded ) is a plastic bag and a metallic scoop. each and every time I see ( or scent ) that a "deposit" has been made ( between regularly happening scoopings ), I "scoop and toss" into the bag / bucket, and placed the lid on. I try this on an regularly happening two times in line with day time table, besides. One plastic bag will carry the clumped pee and poop for some scoopings, with 12 cats. once you've better than I do, you should "regulate" to inspite of works for you. the point i'm attempting to make is.......with the poop and pee contained contained in the ( closed ) muddle buckets, the smell isn't THERE. I in ordinary words might want to modify the plastic bag some situations per week, so when I placed the luggage outdoors in my " city issued field ", that's no longer too undesirable. i guess, because i'm no longer having to unload on a daily basis!! i do not comprehend if this theory may help you, or no longer, yet theory i might want to allow you to comprehend the way I solved my issue......with 8 packing boxes and 12 cats!! reliable success.

Just use perfume, and carry a bottle with you. Maybe you could wear mens deoordrent because it has a stronger smell. So you can stink or smell like a man (or is that the same thing?) jk. Well its probably from the hot weather if its never happened to u before- I hope something helps you!

This is common for some folks who are as clean and conscious as you. I have found that some folks, myself included, have to use a deodorant that is ALSO an anti-perspirant. It will say on the container:
Deodorant
Anti-Perspirant
or
Deodorant/Anti-Perspirant (which is the only one I will use)

Some gals use powdered deodorant to keep cooler, too. Secret has a lot of different choices, but I have been using Right Guard for years. I use the stick that is dry, that goes on dry and stays dry.

Good luck!

I hope you take a shower one in the morning and one in the night. because honey when you get older us women tend to go through alot of changes and us women need to keep our bodies clean. try that baking soda thing i have never heard of it or tryed it. If that does not work GO SEE A DOCTOR!! dont be embrassing because it could be a gland thing I dont know you dont know until you go see a doctor but try the things on your answers first. good luck and to not make you feel bad i will try it with you.

ok first wash your underarms with lots of soap and scrub it a lot after than try rubbing half a lime or lemon and then put a little bit of baking soda, then just leave it but make sure to do it on a day when you can stay home all then then at night just wash it off and put on a good deodorant and lost

with the hot weather you may tend to sweat more, talk to a Dr. about Rx antiperspirants that are much stronger than the ones on the shelves in stores.

This is an actual remedy which works really well. Take a cup of water and dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda in it. Then smear it under your arms...it really works!
